With the exception of BUDDHIST MONK, who is selected, it's hard to get excited about the form that those to have raced have shown so we are forced to look at the newcomers for potential dangers. Ozone Trustee is by Montjeu and out of a winning dam but it would be no surprise were he to be in need of the experience on his belated racecourse bow. Gargano is related to a number of winners with the best of them being the Group 1 placed Rainbow Blues who finished second to Spinning World in the Irish 2,000 Guineas. He's the most interesting of the pair but it remains to be seen whether he has any ability so we'll play it safe and side with Buddhist Monk. He hasn't set the world on fire yet and has his quirks as he showed when hanging violently across this track on his penultimate start. He was a shade unfortunate not to shed his maiden tag that day but Buddhist Monk has been found a fair opportunity to do so here.
