        Verdict

        WHATS FOR PUDDING registered a double over 7f last month including a victory in soft ground at this track. She'll need to improve on her earlier attempts at today's trip but is in much better form now and gets the nod. Smart Step separated a couple of dire efforts with a victory in testing conditions at Carlisle earlier this month with Phoenix Flame well behind and Purkab may finish closer dropping back in trip here. Indian Giver has gone backwards this season and Irish import Skystream has her first start of the year.
