Kingsholm is the nomination in this competitive and valuable claimer; New World Order and Ella Woodcock make up the shortlist. Andrew Balding's five-year-old takes a drop in class today and wasn't beaten far behind the progressive Officer last time out. All three of his wins have come on good ground but on breeding he shouldn't mind if further rain falls, and having won over further in the past, he is taken to win today. Ella Woodcock comes here on a four-timer and Jamie Osbourne's charge warrants utmost respect as he was impressive when winning under unfavourable terms last time out. New World Order comes here on the back of an all-weather win and Karl Burke's charge may be more of a force having finally got that win under his belt. Torrens wasn't beaten far at York and another dropped in grade, he should be monitored for market support. Kames Park heads the weights but is another for consideration, however in an open race, we will return to Kingsholm as the nomination.
