TRINDER is a well related colt who gets the nod here, while Corporal Maddox can show up well. Debutant Trinder is a half-brother to smart juvenile Right Answer and another winner at this age in Twenty Questions, and is therefore likely to be able to show some ability. Trip and ground are ideal for starters, the yard remains on good form and we will side with him. Corporal Maddox was very green when making his first racecourse outing at Nottingham last month, finishing almost seven lengths adrift of winner Star Rover. Even so, the form of that race has worked out well, with the winner going on to add two more quick successes to his CV, and so there should be plenty more to come from Karl Burke¿s colt. Cambuslang and Lord's Seat were both given a quiet introduction at Musselburgh and the former should come on plenty for that, having done all his best work at the business end, but we'll side with Trinder.
