Dance To My Tune often flatters to deceive, but is given another chance ahead of Bendarshaan, Bramantino, Millennium Hall and Vicious Prince. The selection was sent off as favourite at Ripon last time on the strength of some consistent efforts without winning this season, and looked all set to collect as she cruised up to the leaders on the bit a furlong out, but once again found little in the finish and had to settle for third. She has to be produced at just the right time and regular pilot Paul Mulrennan may try to leave it even later this time as the pair bid to put matters right. Dance To My Tune was second to Bramantino at Newcastle the time before last but over this ever so slightly shorter trip can turn the tables despite being a bit worse off at the weights. The latter himself was a beaten favourite at Carlisle last time but the ground was on the fast side then. Bendarshaan seems to struggle at this distance and although he is likely to be in contention, may find on e or two a bit too speedy in the finish. Millennium Hall has a six-pound penalty and a lift in grade to contend with, and Vicious Prince is likely to find this on the short side. As long as she does not bottle it again, Dance To My Tune has things in her favour and can finally come good.
