      Verdict

      OBAMA ARMY has gone well on all three starts this season and his recent prominent style of racing should be well suited to this track. Jack Channon has made a strong start to his training career and the Washington DC gelding is expected to deliver a competitive effort with conditions to suit. Leap Year Lad boasts similar credentials and seems sure to be in the mix again as he seeks a first career success. He's been running solid races at this level this year and is a clear Placepot contender. My Honey B's only success came over this trip on the all-weather, but she's proved capable enough on the grass and completes the shortlist after making a pleasing Redcar reappearance last month when a close-up fourth.
