Not a bad handicap and ACTION IMPACT is given the nomination ahead of Remember Ramon. The Gary Moore-trained selection has some good form in context over this 10f trip and also on the Polytrack. A couple of Lingfield wins in August saw him upped in grade here a couple of starts back, where he did not seem to give his true running. Back after a break, he went well in defeat at Kempton last time and from the same mark he looks to have every chance tonight. Remember Ramon carries a penalty for stealing a race from the front at Wolverhampton. That was over 12f, and he seems more effective over that distance, so we'll take him on this time. War Anthem did not seem happy on the Fibresand last time so will appreciate the switch back to this surface. He took an ordinary Kempton maiden prior to that, though whether his mark is stiff enough we will probably not find out until after this race. Prince Zafonic has never won and would probably want a bit further than this, while Yankee Storm acts here and did not do badly when stepped up markedly to this trip last time. Money for him would be interesting. Dream Of Fortune could still show up well from his current mark now returned to this trip and a market check is advised, but Action Impact has a fair bit going for him and is the pick here.
