Nonrunner
A drop in trip could see Mount Hermon in a better light, however Pop Music comes here in better form than most and gets the nod ahead of Gazboolou and Landucci. The selection had a profitable 2006 and 2007 and comes here on the back of a good second at Wolverhampton. This is his first jaunt to the track but it should hold no fears and from a good draw he can run a big race. Wahoo Sam is a game front-runner and is better than he showed last time, Ardent Prince is consistent and unlikely to be far away yet again, whilst the same applies to Gazboolou whose recent run behind Millfield looks solid form in the context of this race. Zorn is nicely handicapped now so needs watching in the betting, whilst Landucci is not the easiest to win with and he looks more of a seven furlong horse. Just A Dancer and Blitzen are two more to consider in a very open race, but it is Pop Music who can call the tune.
