All eyes will be on Cheveton as he bids for a five timer with both Hadaf and Whiskey Junction other to take note of. Cheveton has risen seventeen pounds in the weights since embarking on his winning spree at Sandown. Since then he has never stopped improving and with only four pounds more to carry since his latest victory at Newbury he will once again prove difficult to beat. Hadaf is six pounds higher since winning at Newmarket recently after dropping to what looked like a fair mark. He has now jumped back up to a career high rating and it does remain to be seen if he is capable of winning off it. Whiskey Junction landed his four timer at Lingfield before disappointing at Ayr last time out off an eleven pounds higher mark. It did look as though the handicapper had finally got a hold of him but he could still be a force now returning to the all weather. But for the winner we return to Cheveton.
