CANNA, runner-up in a Warwick maiden for Barry Hills in July, made a promising start over timber behind Sam Bass in what looked a very strong event at Cork and can put that experience to good use. Hangar Five also made a reasonable start behind Leroy Parker at Fairyhouse, while Groomed won twice on the Flat during the summer for William Haggas and looks a useful recruit. Harangue showed potential in a light campaign on the level and is one to note along with stablemate Obsession, a winner in the UK for Jeremy Noseda. Tanjung Agas is an intriguing recruit as he looked anything but straightforward on the Flat in the UK though hurdling may have a positive effect and the Galileo filly Livia's Wake is another to keep an eye on.
