Aidan O'Brien won this with Jan Vermeer in 2009 and is represented by that winner's full brother KINGDOM and another Montjeu colt Smoke Screen, who makes his debut. Kingdom made was is best described as an 'eye-catcher' of a debut behind stable companion Eye Of A Storm at Galway where he lost ground at the start and ran green before making significant late headway. That won't be lost on him and though that form doesn't equate to the excellent debut of Trading Leather in a Leopardstown Listed contest he's expected to make enough progress to see off the challenge of Jim Bolger's fine prospect. Dabadiyan looked a potentially useful performer on his debut at Dundalk where he was staying on strongly at the finish of that 7f contest while the likes of Military Device and Jan Van Eyck have enough experience to give a good account.
