Verdict
Blazing Tempo and DEFINITE CLASS are chasers but renew rivalry after meeting over timber at Kilbeggan a couple of weeks ago. The former battled on strongly to beat Annie Other that day with Dessie Hughes' mare close up in third but with a significant pull in the weights here and another furlong to travel she can take her revenge and land this nice prize. Clarach completed a hat-trick over hurdles in early summer and has been racing in strong handicap company on the Flat. She'll love the quicker ground here and has to be on the short-list while Burn And Turn reverts to hurdling after a couple of promising efforts over fences and wasn't beaten far in a Grade 2 novice contest at Fairyhouse in April.
