Suffren scored on the flat in France and showed his potential as a hurdler with a smooth success in a poor race at Killarney. He'll need to improve but is the type to do so and he faces a stiff task against the in-form pair Saponara and CABERNET SAUVIGNON. The former has relished the fast going at Kilbeggan and Down Royal on her last two starts and had Point Of Light just over three lengths away in third in the latter of those events.
