Verdict
Menwaal was having his first start for almost two years when promoted to second behind Breeze With Ease at Wexford on St Patrick's Day and will have benefited from the run. Take A Shot was a disappointing favourite at Naas after a very good run over this C&D previously while Stonehatchetmad probably needs further and softer ground. Luke's Benefit showed his first sign of form when runner-up at Clonmel and wouldn't need to make much progress to take this but a chance is taken on LYNOTT, still a maiden over timber despite several good efforts and running well on the Flat recently.
