WAITINGFORTHEDAY completed a four-timer in mid-summer before stepping up to a mile on this track and just failing to hold on. Back over this trip and on quicker ground she can return to winning ways. Her stable companion National Glory easily landed a Naas maiden before a moderate effort on his handicap debut at Leopardstown. Namazee looked ideally suited by a mile at Dundalk but was always travelling well and won comfortably though a 10lb rise looks harsh. Signing Off was carrying 6lb extra for his victory at Leopardstown three days earlier when a beaten favourite at Killarney and will need to do better than that. Scream couldn't quite keep up the gallop over an extended 7f on soft ground at Roscommon and today's conditions will be more in her favour.
