A really tough little handicap and a tentative nomination is given to the in-form China Cherub, who edges out Libor and Guest Connections as the selection. The last named has been struggling to get home over further and looks worth another crack at this distance. he ran well the only previous time he was tried in a visor and, having dropped to a handy mark, he is an interesting candidate here. Libor was a comfortable winner of a modest handicap at Bath in July and subsequently held his own at this level. He does have a bit more to find but cannot be ruled out in this company. Tara Too is another that is worth noting for future reference, as she is another that relished to drop back to sprinting last time and will not be found wanting for assistance in the saddle with Ryan Moore booked for the ride. However, Henry Candy has been a very profitable trainer to follow with his unexposed runners and, with China Cherub racing on the crest of a wave at present, this improving daughter of Inchinor is fancied to take this next step very much in her stride.
