Masta Plasta was most impressive last time and can make it three on the bounce, Waterways, Strike Up The Band and Tabaret are also expected to go well. Howard Johnson has plenty of talent in the juvenile department this season and Masta Plasta could be the stable star. He showed he was a colt of considerable ability as he dished out a comprehensive defeat to his rivals in the Norfolk Stakes, coming home two lengths clear of Strike Up The Band. There could be more to come and he should be capable of winning under his penalty. Strike Up The Band is an obvious danger with a two pound pull in the weights, as is Tabaret who slaughtered his rivals at Beverley last time. The dark horse in the race though is Waterways who has put in in some tremendous efforts in Ireland. He was second to Rumplestiltskin last time out and that winner went on to finish third to La Chunga at Royal York. He has to be considered for each way purposes. All in all a cracking renewal of the Molecomb and Master Plasta looks the best option.
