      Verdict

      Met By Moonlight was winning for the first time on Turf when scoring by 11 lengths at Bath last week. That form shouldn’t be taken too literally but she’s obviously in great heart and should go well again before the handicapper has his say. OEIL DE TIGRE is another recent winner having scored over course and distance last month and the race is working out well. Tony Carroll’s charge gets the nod to go in again only 3lb higher today. Incentive should be sharper for a decent comeback run at Windsor while Mad Endeavour won this off today’s mark back in 2016 but was well beaten in last year’s renewal. Flowing Clarets posted a better effort at Brighton last time but would prefer softer ground.
