The signs look very positive for Millennium Dragon with Frankie Dettori back on board. A cracking fifth in the July Cup last time, Michael Jarvis' colt has only ever won over today's seven furlongs and on both occasions Frankie has been in the plate Millennium Dragon has won in good style. the pair should again prove hard to beat. Nayyir, from a stable in flying form ran very well in the Queen Anne Stakes at the Royal meeting and could be the main danger having lost little in defeat on that caisson. Nayyir looks the sort to continue to improve with racing. Priors Lodge won well last time and is entitled to go well, but stable companion Redback has disappointed since his fine effort in the 2000 Guineas and might be best watched for the time being. Atavus can't be ruled out despite finishing well down the field in a big handicap last week as he raced on the unfavoured far side and was eased when it was clear he was fighting a losing battle.
