Harrison George must be interesting given his good progress this season, however Dandy Nicholls has a good record in the race and from his army of runners we will select NORTHERN DARE. Looking to have a good draw in stall five, the selection comes here on the back of a good run at Newmarket behind Kay Two. He looks to be on a fair mark still and with the ground on his side he looks worth siding with. Stablemate Gift Horse continues to frustrate as he has ability but is not easy to win with, whilst Osiris Way and Idle Power both know how to win at the track. So does last year's winner Pearley Way who sneaks into the race again at the top of the weights, whilst Best One looks the pick of Ron Harris' runners. Harrison George doesn't look to have the best of draws but he is in top form and was fancied to run a big race at York recently before being pulled out because of the ground. Swinbrook was held in a claimer recently and doesn't do a jot when hitting the front, so whilst Rocker should be respected after his recent win, it is Northern Dare who gets the vote.
