Verdict

Aidan O'Brien has won eight of the last 11 of these and has two entries. Alexandroupolis, a son of Camelot, cost 240,000gns while Espionage is by Galileo out of a Group 2 winning miler. Joseph O'Brien won last year's renewal and also has a pair of entries. Magnetar needs to improve from his run at Roscommon but Harsh is a half-brother to a couple of useful winners. Golden Temple has improved with each run and had Man Of Eden behind when runner-up to a promising Ballydoyle winner at Dundalk while NEWPORT made a fair debut in what looked a strong maiden at the Curragh so it's the latter who is handed the vote.
