        Donnie Azoff was beaten six lengths by a Nicky Henderson runner at Uttoxeter three weeks ago so Galan Des Planches’ trainer should have a line on the Jamie Snowden entry. Nico de Boinville’s mount was a relatively expensive purchase at €65,000 and is out of a winning jumper in France. Shantou's Melody cost €72,000 as a three-year-old and is the first foal to race of a Grade 1-winning hurdler. Div Ine Tara has a mares’ allowance in her favour and from solid jumping stock but the experience of FIX BAYONETS could help Gary Moore’s five-year-old. He is another bred for jumping but he is also a half-brother to smart bumper winner Killyglass and there was a lot to like about his debut second here last month when the first two pulled well clear.
