In depth

Verdict

Successful in a couple of low-grade bumpers in France around this time last year, FIFTY BALL has been given plenty of time to acclimatise to new surroundings and can make a winning start over timber. Who What When has hinted at ability and Bashful Boy has already placed at Uttoxeter and Stratford this season. Givepeaceachance was third in a maiden at Lingfield in January but failed to win in 12 attempts on the Flat. Strike The Flint did, however, land a bumper at Plumpton last year and Capac did likewise at Taunton. Balladame looks best of the rest.
