In depth

Verdict

Roksana is penalised for a comfortable victory over Oscar Star at Plumpton but was impressive and should have no problems confirming the form. However, this looks a stronger race with Jubilympics looking a nice type for hurdling after landing a Towcester bumper in May and Mythical Legend also having some decent form in bumpers. Rosemary Russet won a Southwell bumper in March and started favourite on her reappearance at Exeter last month when making her debut over timber. She ran well for a long way before fading and should do better though THE VOCALIST looks the one to beat. Nicky Henderson's mare won a Carlisle bumper in April when in the care of Stuart Crawford where she made all for a comfortable success and with a hurdler's pedigree she can make a successful debut over obstacles.
