Dontdillydally is a half-brother to a bumper winner so may be the pick of the newcomers. None of those with experience have exactly set the world alight so far but NICELY DONE got closer to Secret Escape at Stratford than Silk Run did at Perth, though the latter started favourite on her debut so is presumably thought capable of better. Cautorillo ran in this last year but finished tailed off and hasn’t been seen since.
