Verdict

Beau Sancy makes a quick reappearance under a penalty having scored at Bangor on Wednesday on his first start for the Murphy yard. He has obvious claims but we are giving another chance to PINK EYED PEDRO, who looked ready for a step back up in distance when a one-paced third at Market Rasen last week. Hardtorock justified favouritism over track and trip last month but is 6lb higher now, though still preferred to Between The Waters. Brown Bear beat the latter by 15 lengths here last year and is only 2lb higher and a return to that form would put him in the firing-line.
