        Verdict

        The progressive BRUNDTLAND remains unbeaten having followed a Listed win with another victory in France in the Group 2 Prix Niel over 1m4f here last month. Further improvement is likely over this longer trip and Charlie Appleby’s colt looks the one to beat. Godolphin are also represented by Listed winner Lillian Russell, who beat Bartaba last time though the former found Ziyad too good at Nantes back in July and the latter has also beaten Mystic Sunshine and Silver Flight this year. The Coolmore-owned Boulevard is a third runner for Andre Fabre but is upped in class after going close over today’s trip at Deauville.
