Verdict

Henry Cecil has his third runner of the afternoon in the concluding event in the shape of Mingun Bell, who has been given a chance by the handicapper having dropped to a mark of 75 but he is hard to back with confidence after recent runs and a better bet looks to be CITY GROUND. The Michael Jarvis-trained gelding looks to be going the right way now after opening his account in a Wolverhampton maiden when stepped up to 1m1f last month and he looks worth siding with back in a handicap on turf over an extra furlong today. Michael Wigham's Monte Cavallo has claims but a 2lb rise since his third to Sequillo at Sandown will make this tougher. Laura Mongan's Addwaitya seems too high in the weights, while Boom And Bust disappointed on his handicap debut last time and now looks best watched.
