Mick Channon's Bravo Bravo won back-to-back races at Goodwood and Lingfield but seemed to be in the grip of the handicapper when well held at Yarmouth last time although the soft ground that day may not have helped so he cannot be ruled out back on better going today. Eve Johnson Houghton's Spinning Waters is a consistent performer and should again be thereabouts but is likely to find at least one too good again, while Jeff Pearce's Mymateeric is capable but inconsistent. It may then be worth taking a chance with Jim Best's STARSTRUCK PETER, who has his first outing on the flat since July of last year but is fit from runs over hurdles and is only 2lb higher than when scoring over course and distance last July.
