Science Academy can defy topweight at the expense of Habitual, Royal Starlet and Oniz Tiptoes. Science Academy gained a confidence-boosting success at Yarmouth last week, defying ten-stone into the bargain under a confident Kieren Fallon ride. The win came as no surprise as she had made a bold bid to make all here the time before but was caught right on the line. Although having to shoulder a six-pound penalty, Paul Cole's filly can make the most of her apprentice rider's claim, and she can follow up. Habitual was a beaten favourite last time out but you can be sure that Sir Mark Prescott will get the losses back sometime. He should be closely watched in the market today, while Royal Starlet, nicely drawn in stall 11, showed a glimpse of form recently and is another to consider for the frame at least. Oniz Tiptoes makes the long journey down from Malton and is not to be ruled out either, but the draw is slightly off-putting, and for the winner we return to Science Academy who might just be that bit classier than the rest.
