ROSE AURORA makes plenty of appeal in the nightcap with Lady Lam and Nom De La Rosa likely to give her most to do. Marcus Tregoning's filly has been allocated with what is effectively a platers mark and while unable to capitalise off it on handicap debut, the assessor has added another boost by dropping his filly another 2lb since. Lady Lam won a fast ground handicap off a mark of 56 though somewhat surprisingly the tonguestrap that she was declared in has been omitted this time around. Nom De La Rosa is trained by a person who is often underestimated with their flat performers so could well trade at higher odds than the formbook entitles. Dhan Dhana was run quickly in three maidens at the back end of last season and should appreciate this major step up in trip. Eye Of Eternity has performed with credit in similarly low grade affairs in the past and is sure to be popular as a consequence. Rose Aurora is at the right end of the handicapper's thoughts at present and can get her head infront in our finale.
