A poor event filled with mainly disappointing types but Jade Star showed plenty of encouragement last time and gets the vote. The Gay Kelleway-trained filly left behind a couple of moderate efforts to finish a clear second in a Southwell seller last week and, with the step back in trip unlikely to be an inconvenience, she should give another good account off a lenient mark. Bar Of Silver has shown little to date including on his handicap debut when last seen in February but is a lightly raced type and may be open to a little further improvement so shouldn't be dismissed out of hand despite top weight. Tuscan Treaty has faced stiff tasks on her last two starts but previous efforts leave her with something to find on these terms so Iamback, who showed a little ability last year and will be sharper for a recent return, may prove best of the remainder.
