LERMOOS LEGEND has gone well here the last twice and faces the same trip and ground as when scoring in cosy fashion this month. He goes well for Sean Bowen and was probably value for more on that latest success and can handle the 4lb rise inflicted by the assessor. Badness Backfires is interesting as he goes straight into open company for his handicap bow, but Knight Destroyer is seen as the main threat, now down to a mark of 95 over fences, nearly a stone lower than on his chasing debut in November. He's taken time to find his feet fencing but is getting there steadily. Similar comments apply to Elios D'Or and Harry Haze is also worth a close look.
