BLACK OR RED is given the tentative vote to land this tricky handicap ahead of Ambrose Princess and Colourful Move. The selection is still winless after twelve outings but he ran a personal best when finishing second to Corking at Bath last time out. He looks to be well treated having dropped down the ratings in recent months and although he is now three pounds higher since his latest outing, if he can recapture his form he will not be far away come the business end of the race. Ambrose Princess had been a model of consistency on the level last season and has won twice over hurdles this summer from two runs. She looks well treated and with luck in running she ought to be in the shake up. Colourful Move broke his maiden tag earlier in the season at Kempton and showed signs of coming back to form when second at the same venue last time out and with luck in running he will not be far away once again. But for the winner we return to Black Or Red.
