It's a surprise to see VROUM VROUM MAG back in Grade 3 company after her very impressive victories at a higher level. She's now unbeaten in four starts over fences and had 26 lengths to spare over Elsie when they were 1-2 at Thurles in January. Byerley Babe has also won at Grade 2 level and she's done very well to finish close up in two tough handicaps recently so she'll ensure the selection doesn't have things her own way. Burn And Turn, who was a close third in this last year, has gone off the boil in her last two starts though they were at a high level.
Byerley Babe (IRE) 7-1 (10-7) Mid-division, 7th 4 out, headway into 3rd travelling well 2 out, ridden entering straight, went 2nd at last, kept on same pace run-in, 2nd of 15, 5l behind Foxrock (11-8) at Leopardstown 2m 5f hcp chs sft in Jan.
