A P McCoy's mount Cantlow has done little to justify support but his trainer is adept at placing his horses so he wouldn't waste time sending him here unless thought capable of going well. Los Amigos is a very progressive chaser whose second to On His Own in the Thyestes at Gowran in January came on only his fourth start over fences. He's since won over much shorter and if staying the extra has to have a major chance. If In Doubt isn't the best of jumpers but generally gets round as he did when fifth behind Don Poli in the RSA Chase. He looks as though he'll stay this extreme distance and, with Ger Fox' claim to aid his cause, can get into the frame. Empire Of Dirt is untested beyond 2m6f though he was clear when falling two out over that trip at Thurles in January and has since won a tough novices' handicap. Tony Martin produced No Secrets to win for him at the first time of asking at Navan and there should be more to come as there is from the youngster Grand Jesture, especially after the latter's excellent run behind The Druid's Nephew at Cheltenham. THE JOB IS RIGHT (NAP) and Perfect Gentleman occupied the minor places in the National Hunt Chase at Cheltenham with the former having six lengths to spare. Both should be suited by the shorter trip here and Mick Hourigan's charge is taken to confirm the form and take this massive prize.
