GOT OPTIONS showed real promise in bumpers and on her hurdling debut at Tramore where she went down narrowly to Spill The Beans. She started a warm favourite at Wexford last time but blundered badly early in the race and never got back into contention. The mare's allowance might just be enough for her to see of the attentions of Royal Reveille, a very easy winner between the flags at Glenbane and an eye-catching fifth in a huge field at Navan in September. Buck Barrow, who beat a big field on his bumper debut at Cork last July, was well backed to upset the odds-on Prima Vista at Galway last week but refused at the first and is probably best watched for now. Winning bumper A Hit Is A Hit has been racing on the level and is one to keep an eye on while Beckwith Star showed a little promise on his debut at Limerick in April.
