Verdict

There was plenty to like about the ay that De Blanc got off the mark over hurdles at Stratford last month and the daughter of Revouque is expected to follow up here; possibly at the main expense of Solo Dancer and Samandara, who make the most appeal out of the remainder. Zaffre and Bonnie Flora are other to watch out for as they may be sent off at attractive prices if the selection takes the expected lions share of the betting. However, both have a few questions to answer for various reasons and, in turn, look vulnerable to a progressive sort today. Nothing fits that profile better than De Blanc in the company and the Venetia Williams-trained filly is a confident choice to round off the meeting on a high note. Solo Dancer needs to brush up on her jumping but is the obvious danger if she negotiates a clear round.
