NEW RACKHEATH is a confident choice to land the last, while Wait For The Light might be the one to give him most to do. The selection has so far raced mostly when there has been cut in the ground, and has won twice over the minimum trip when doing so. However, he has run well on a sound surface and his sire won a couple of times on the flat on fast ground, so there is hope that he will handle this. He has to produce just about a lifetime best to score from this mark now switched back to hurdles, but his pilot's claim will help and he should be able to find some improvement over this longer trip. Wait For the Light should get the trip as a confirmed middle distance performer on the level. Fast ground is ideal for the Fantastic Light gelding and he has the ability to get involved, though recent form leaves him something to prove. Lansdowne Princess probably wants further and some cut to score, and is easy enough to pass over being a maiden after 27 lifetime starts, while Mr Tee Pee may be worth a second look. Lawny Hill has had her runners in fine form for a while now and this former hunter chase scorer is definitely worth a market check as he could go well at a price. Dontsayathing needs to show improvement, as do most of them if they are to eclipse our selection New Rackheath.
