TALIMOS looks the one to be on here, though he won't be much of a price, while Darn Hot and Carey's Road may well give him most to do. Talimos looks a very promising juvenile based on his comfortable Fontwell success last month, when the first-time visor certainly did the trick. David Pipe sticks with the headgear this time and his charge has plenty in hand at the weights when considering official ratings. The step up in trip looks a plus and the ground is not a problem, so we will stick with him. Top weight Carey's Road is slowly slipping in the handicap, though from what we have seen so far he would need to drop a considerable amount more to be a true force here. However, given connections and his pilot then any market support is likely to be significant. Darn Hot has shown us more in public but races here from a mark off which she was comfortably beaten last time and given that she is unproven on fast ground she is hard to recommend as a win proposition. Tavalu has plenty to find at the weights, but does at least boast a 2m 3f course win on fast ground, so is not totally devoid of hope. Fast ground and a trip suit Haldibari, and given his flat form this actually might not be enough of a test for the Kahyasi gelding, who remains a maiden after 21 starts in both disciplines. Talimos is a confident choice.
