Riders Revenge and Commercial Flyer look the two to concentrate on in this Novices' Hurdle and we will side with Commercial Flyer. The gelding from the Martin Pipe yard made an encouraging debut when finishing fourth behind Distant Thunder. Although he looks the type that will do better as a chaser, he is sure to come on for that debut run and could be capable of taking this. Riders Revenge hails from the Venetia Williams yard and looks to be the main danger. He is making his debut over hurdles but has shown encouraging form in National Hunt Flat races, and he was a good second behind Monteforte last time. He ran a bit green on that day so is still open to plenty of improvement, and he will give our selection the most to do. Of the remainder, Parson Ploughman is from the Paul Nicholls yard and has Ruby Walsh in the plate and could be capable of better than the moderate form he has shown so far, while Quizzling ran well enough on his debut to be worthy of consideration, but Riders Storm and Commercial Flyer look to be the principles, and we will nominate the latter.
