In depth

Verdict

Another low grade event and OLIVINO is our selection at the expense of Dreams Jewel and Tamrai Dancer. Although our pick is attempting to graduate back out of plating class this afternoon, his better form has unquestionably come with rattling fast ground and conditions suit on that score today. Dreams Jewel is a thorough rogue of the highest order. In fairness to Byron Moorcroft, he has fared better than most on this character and this is such a bad race that his skills might just make the difference. Tamrai Dancer is exposed as plating class. Her recent third at Plumpton saw her run up to her mark. Quil Est Beau has yet to recapture his French flat form and the jury is out at present. Rhethorical is 0 from 18 over hurdles and even Jim Best is struggling to secure a win from this exposed type. Orion Express has dropped dramatically down the handicap but not without good reason. A race that is a seller in all but name and Olivino is put forward to only the most minimum of stakes.
