      Verdict

Gosnay Gold has been a beaten favourite four times since scoring at Chepstow and is still 6lb higher. Trusty Scout, a recruit from Ireland, is David O'Meara's only runner at the meeting though hasn't shown much to date. Chloholteen had shown a bit of potential before a poor run on soft ground at Lingfield while Apache Jewel let supporters down at Brighton after a narrow defeat over this track and trip. MR MONEYPENNY was a 100/1 chance at Brighton earlier this month but produced easily his best run. He's 6lb higher but will love the fast ground and can go one better.
