Eloquent Arthur arrives under a penalty for last week's victory over Newbury's straight 7f and this looks tougher. ARTHUR'S VICTORY (NAP) went up 4lb for winning here last month but completed a double at Wolverhampton and a further 3lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent a hat-trick. Sir Oliver has never raced over a trip this far since well beaten as a two-year-old but Otago completed a course and distance double before a moderate effort at Brighton. The latter can do better here but the three-year-old Makashi has run poorly the last twice when well supported.
