    Verdict

Finelcity hasn't been beaten far in either start on ground with plenty of give and may have gone for home a bit early on his reappearance. GENERALSHIP cost Godolphin 600,000gns and though only finishing in mid-division on his debut at Newmarket there was much to like about the run and he should be a different proposition this summer. Silca Star made a very encouraging start at Newbury but the winner and third were beaten subsequently while Yensir, who looked a certain future winner when just failing to catch Taskeen at Sandown, didn't run as well on his next start at Goodwood. Najd is related to a couple of winners and is one to note on his debut.
