Amanda Perrett's Silent Act has been in good from of late but the daughter of Theatrical would prefer a faster surface and a safer option looks to be John Best's NOT IN THE CLOCK, who is preferred to Super Duplex. The last mentioned has won his last two starts, latterly here on good to soft ground over an extended mile, and he has every chance despite a 5lb rise for that win. Epsom Salts is hard to recommend on recent form, while Mark Johnston's Fantastic Strike is better on fast ground. The vote then goes the way of Not In The Clock, who was doing his best work late on when a length fourth behind Mr Harmoosh over an extended mile here last time on his turf debut and there should be more to come over the longer trip today.
