Yorkshire-based trainer Paul Midgley sent two runners to Navan on Wednesday and both won and fellow raider Kevin Ryan is tipped to follow suit here with BIG TIME. The five-year-old's only victory this year came in January at Chelmsford but he's been competing in strong handicaps and has run well enough to merit support here. Mcguigan didn't run very well here last week but is better than that and a drop back in trip can enable him to get into the action. Shepherd's Purse and Reckless Endeavour fought out the finish of a decent Gowran handicap in June with the latter expected to reverse positions as she has the more scope while Dont Bother Me is the class-act of the race having won over 6f here last month. The latter has a big weight but has no problems staying the extra furlong and should give a good account as should Northern Surprise, who was in excellent form around here last winter and should soon be back in the groove after a long break.
