In depth

Verdict

Lightnin Hopkins is unplaced in three runs on the track and is better on Turf but In Salutem gained his only victory here in May, though is 9lb higher after producing several good efforts on Turf. Toccata Blue is very consistent and likes it around here while Super Sling has had three runs over a mile here and steadily improved to land a maiden in March. But he has a long absence to overcome unlike TYLERY WONDER, who has been running very well on Turf and was only beaten a short-head at the Curragh on Tuesday. He's run reasonably well here in the past and can gain compensation. Neither Zalty nor Salvado are out of what looks a tight handicap.
