Half of these are track winners with Spruce Meadows having won here five times. John Feane's charge has won from a much higher mark and arrives in very good form. GOLDEN VALOUR was attempting to concede Latchet 9lb when just failing to get up over the course and distance last month, easily his best run to date, and looks on a fair mark so can go one better. Bold Approach hasn't had much racing and wasn't beaten far in a better race than this on his track debut last month so looks certain to get into contention as does Charcor, who finished just in front of him though has had much more experience. Major Reward was claimed after scoring over the course and distance and made a promising start for new connections over 1m4f a fortnight ago.
