Red Tiger is penalised for landing a Listowel bumper from Aughnacurraveel but looked a nice prospect that day and is sure to make a hurdler. The runner-up has since gone on to beat TRAFFIC ISLAND narrowly in a maiden hurdle at Tramore and the latter, in receipt of 8lbs plus her jockey's claim, should have the edge over Red Tiger, especially as she is much more experienced. Good Time Donie, a winner between the flags at Dawstown, ran very well in two maidens over timber earlier in the year and has performed with credit in bumpers subsequently. He looks a real threat while Lobinstown Girl ran an excellent second in a Punchestown handicap in May before falling when beaten at Wexford the following month.
